In light of the horrors that have ravaged the continent, I and my kin feel it necessary to extend a hand to those that dwell upon the mainland. Any refugees of the war with the Nazheda or the invasion of creatures from the realm of shadow that lack a place to go may come to the town of Kelun Harbor, upon the isle of Libec Cay, to find shelter.

Likewise, we are opening our gates to any from the mainland who may simply wish to get away from the horrors vested upon them these past months. Those of you who would take advantage of our offer only to bring violence to our homes should be warned ? we will not take such laying down.

To our fellow Kelki, particularly any survivors from the massacre at Mournhold, I say this: If there is anything we can do to assist you, do not hesitate to seek me out.
