Misconceptions

My my, who would have anticipated the uneasy stirring that resulted in the Consanguine population when a Clan would rise up, threatening to provide a home devoid of shackles for those that do not endeavor to have every facet of their lives mandated by somebody above them?

Oh. Well now that it's phrased like that, it makes sense. Interesting.

It's adorable, frankly, that you lot level the finger of blame on the Commander, citing uses of her organizations, diversion, and ultimately a whole slough of that which you love most - drama - when indeed the Primeval was my idea, and I lead it.

We are not a clan that wishes for war. We do not oppose the Primus in our mission. We do not make it our goal to make enemies of those who share our blood.

But we can, and will, if necessary to secure the freedom we endeavor for. If you decide to make this a war, then please, carry on with your boastful, worried attempts at slaughter, but know now that we will make ourselves a persistent foe with no intentions of backing down until that which we fight for is secured.

On the other hand, you could simply forget we exist. You both cite oh-so-confidently that we are not a threat. That our goal is meaningless. That all that we strive for can already be gained by following your Primus.

What do you have to be threatened by then, if this is the case?

I suppose we'll be hearing from each other.
