Crab is safe for consumption if you have a proper mind for cooking, if you do not, you should likely not be in the kitchen. This ain't complex study, if it is eating things you shouldn't eat, dont eat it.

The Tempest himself has sampled some of my delicious flaky crab cakes, and ...approves.

I of course fed some of the orphans beforehand, shared a bit with Enorian, and of course my own people as well.
