The city will be having our very own Fright Night, and we're extending invitations to the entire realm!

When: Khepary 433 ((Saturday, October 25th))
Where: City Fairgrounds (PATH FIND 53390)
What: Events and amusements galore (and yes, there will be booze)
Cost: Attendance is free. Carnival games, haunted house tour and apple bobbing cost tokens, purchased from the city shop (PATH FIND 12668)

House of Horrors
----------------
The fairground freak show will finally unveil what lies behind the curtain in
the back: a house of horrors! Keen-eyed visitors will be able to find clues to
solve a murder mystery, while guided tours will unleash the true terrors
lurking within the walls!
- House opens at Howling
- Mystery solution guesses can be submitted up until the end of Midsummer
((Monday))
- Guided tours will be held sporadically, based on scheduling

Costume Contest
---------------
Slap on your best costume and present yourself for judging, with winners in
the following categories:
- Funniest
- Spookiest
- Most Beautiful
- Best Couple
- Best Crafted
Present yourself to Moirean starting at Howling to display your costume. After
four hours, we'll have final judging.

Creepy Cooking Competition
--------------------------
A perfect event for all you creative cannibals out there! Whip up something
gross, scary or evocative...and bring enough to share! Prizes will be given in
the following categories:
- Funniest
- Tastiest
- Creepiest
Present a copy of your dish to Moirean starting at Howling. After four hours,
we'll have final judging. Leave the rest of your dishes in the main party area
for others to enjoy! Note: Since we do need the food in hand, check out CRAFTERS COOKING for a list of chefs you can nicely pester to help make something for you if you don't have the cooking tradeskill.

Apple Bobbing
-------------
Take a turn to snag an apple from the cauldron! Each one has a special flavor,
corresponding to a prize!

Trick-or-Treating
-----------------
Solve clues to a variety of spots around Spinesreach to find yummy candies!
Whoever solves the most clues gets a prize!
- Clues will be revealed at Howling, with 4 hours for you to MAIL A LETTER TO
MOIREAN with your solutions.

Spooooooky Stories
------------------
Gather round inside the freak show and step up on the stage to spin a story.
- Storytelling begins 3 hours after Howling ((8pm PST))

Carnival Games
--------------
Spireans will be manning carnival games throughout the fairgrounds. Test your skill (or luck) to try to win fun prizes!
