Bloodloch will no longer be assessing blanket enemy statuses. If you have not committed a specific offense to the city you may have your enemy status revoked for a fee of 5,000 gold. Do note that those who are not considered allies are not afforded any protection while in the city.

Yeleni will still remain enemies.
