Let us not create unnecessary casualties.

Agents are available, as Inquisitor of the Cabal, I offer external, unbiased collaboration to keep the people of Sapience safe, with years of education in the sciences, our agents are well trained to deal with threats in a proper manner, with classification and reporting systems permitting our agents to best assess a threat and handle it in an appropriate manner.

The Cabal is here to do so, and that is our pledge.
