The Priesthood of Moghedu announces no recognition of an Orcish right to the Siroccians, by way of the reasoning that there is no Orcish city in the Siroccians - no Orcish ruler - no Orcish civilization or culture worthy of note.

The City of Moghedu, which has laid claim to the Siroccian mountains, is the sole authority in the region. A City cannot trespass upon its own property, and it cannot negotiate with a people who have no representative, particularly when those people attack the City's scouts and then allow their children to come between the murderers and Mhun crossbows.

Is this the sign of a kind, civilized people? No. It is the behavior of animals and brutes.

If you attack us again, Orcs of the Siroccians, you will burn. The mountains belong to us, and you remain within them because we show you compassion that was never shown to us.
