This is a formal announcement that the Delosian merchant's guild is
enacting trade sanctions against the island of Ulangi and the Horkval
living there. While you have been one of our best customers over the
years, we cannot in good conscience trade metal to a settlement using
our resources to develop weapons that threaten the entire eastern coast.

The nobles of Sapience will have to do without their imported honeydew
for the time being. Until such a time that the Horkval cease their
threatening behavior, ore and metal shipments will be halted.
