As predictable as the tides, the Maelstrom's order pops their heads up and start making trouble and trying to throw their weight around. Such antics necessitate a reminder that there are much stronger orders around, ones which are quite happy to cut down the troublemaking children. Surrender, if you wish. Fight, if you dare. Either way, our point will be made - a rather costly sort of payment for your behavior, I would think, but your Lord Himself has encouraged this.
