My Exarch bids me pen this missive in the wake of the turmoil in the
flatlander north.

The Second Imperium has no care for either your cause or your supposed
grievance. An assault on the settlement of Arget Efri or the Nel Arget
dragoons stationed there will be considered an act of war against the
Dehkay Plateau and met accordingly. Three legions of taerilan cavalry
are prepared to meet any wounding of our people with swift and deadly
immediacy.

It is my fervent hope that it will not come to this. Armour and weapon
repair is costly and men diverted to your asinie little squabbles will
be sorely needed on the coast of the Daughters.

We bid all flatlanders luck in their war. Exarch Rholva and the Talons
regret their inability to offer relief to refugees at this time.
