I'm very happy to announce that the Seirath family estate's gardens are
finally all fixed up and available to be viewed and visited by the
public. Feel free to stroll around and utilize these gardens and their
amenities on your next trip to the north.

Simply head to the eastern arbor in Spinsreach (v23501) and GREET the
GARGOYLEs guarding the gate. They will help you out from there! While
inside the gardens, feel free to USE the archery RANGE, play a game of
chess or a hand of blackjack, or explore the hedge maze. If you are an
artistic type, feel free to leave a statue in the statue garden. Have
fun!

The gardens are something I've happily restored for the public and all
are welcome to use them. Please let me know if you get any ideas for any
additional spots on the estate's grounds that I should clear out and
make public.
