WHEREAS, I really don't like Calipso either and, you know, she's
declared half the city enemies to her clan, as well as earning enemy
status from the Syndicate, I'm pretty happy to declare her an enemy
under the Syndicate-Spirean treaty.

WHEREAS, she should really stop whining to me about that, since she's
lucky I am not slapping on negligence charges for trying to kill the
city with factory run-off, or sedition charges for trying to stir up
trouble in the government by fabricating some pretend scheme against
her.
