To any who may harbor illusions regarding the fate of Roan Seluno, let
the truth be known as spoken by the Underking. He has been cursed to
relive the last moments of his life for all eternity. He will not be
found in the Underhalls. He has been banished from Lord Dhar's Halls, so
he will never be Renewed. To those who would seek his return, He says
that He is the last thing they should seek for a resolution. He has no
more interest in Roan Seluno, who will never enter His Halls again. They
are more likely to to seek resolution from His Brother, as His is the
only domain where he will ever see an escape from His Curse.

It is the Underking's will that this be known. Let there be no illusions
about the fate of this one who has defied Him. Such is the will of Lord
Dhar.
