The council of Duiran has made an update to its organizational laws.
This is a clarification on policies which were already practiced within
the commune, if not formally stated in a public medium. As always, the
commune is governed by no formal law structure, and reserves the right
to defer to the judgment of the leadership on any matter, in the
interests of self-preservation.
