This coming Niuran (355 MA), the Phoenix Roost of Spinesreach will be
hosting something of a cocktail party. All are invited- as long as you
are not an enemy to the spires, you are welcome to come along and have a
drink, a snack, and some conversation, as long as you do so in peace-
any disputes will be conducted beyond the city bounds.

If you have never taken the time to look around Spinesreach, or if you
have in the past but it's been a while, this is also an excellent chance
to witness the ancient home of the Ankyreans. Come and see the rebuilt
Institute, the peaceful gardens, and explore the thriving shopping
district.

The main event will occur around the Howling and thereafter, but drinks
and cocktail fare will be lower priced than usual for the entire month,
so if you are in the area, drop in!

The occasion calls for formal or fancy dress, but if you are not
familiar with the northern climate then it is also advisable to bring
along something warm to put on over your evening wear.
