I am a kind ruler and my people have shouted my name so strongly that I
felt myself forced to create a clan to divert their shouts. So, now, my
Impire has a clan to support our expansion - we invite Impish
representatives from each city, as well as ANY Imp interested in joining
the Impire. CLANHELP IMPS!

Be warned, though, however: my governors each have a city they are
teaching the power of Impish command to - attack that city and expect
the Impish forces upon you! Your shins shall burn!
