Allies of Duiran,

In public news post 5322 I outlined the details of a shop up for
auction in the Duiran council. Much to our shock, not a single bid
was received for this shop in a year's time. It is a great location
and the market of Duiran is booming, so the only way I can reason
that it has not already sold is the price. Therefore, I have good
news to those of you who had an interest and not the purse.

The shop within the Duiran market currently known as "The Rose and
the Thorn" is now once again up for auction with a new opening
bid of 250,000 gold. That's a 100,000 gold reduction! Send your
bids to myself and to Benandanti Kiyotan. The other details of
the auction as outlined in news 5322 remain the same.
