Merry tidings to all!

The Celesmas season is upon us once more, and the wintry village of the
Tsinkin has many a treat in store for revelers of all stripes to enjoy
the holiday season! Stop on by, southeast of Delos Village, and be sure
to roll a few snowballs to toss around on your way!

The Tsinkin would like to extend a special invitation to the citizens of
Delve, who no doubt need a little cheer in their lives. As Mayor of the
Tsinkin, I will be holding a special celebratory gala to remember the
blessing of the Celestine Event, for which we hold the Celesmas
facilities. It is our hope that the denizens of Albedos will join us to
hear our history and share in the good spirits!

With the assistance of Ere, we will also be holding a number of
Celesmas-themed contests during the season, with numerous prizes for the
participants to savor. So hitch up your stockings and get celebrating,
the Celesmas season won't last long, and we'd all do well to make the
most of it!
