Bidding starts at 250,000 gold. It is a high traffic area, currently
serving as a shop bearing discounts for the youth. Wares remaining is
negotiable.

Io'Traum, east across Beacon Street, will shortly also up for sale or
trade. It is my intent to trade it for a shop within Delos or the Duiran
Council. The wares will not be included.

Bids will be handled via advertisement and through messages. Please
