Dear Sapience

I'd like to make a statement regarding the events of this last month.
Clio comitted an act of theft against the City of Enorian last month,
taking all the city's commodities and storing them in a shop in the
Ashtani Refugee Camp.

Upon the incident being reported, and assuming the likely hiding place
was in the camp, we immediately made a request for the shop to be
isolated by the divine pending investigations. I'd like -everyone- to be
aware, that whilst law and governmental controls may not be formally in
place in the camp, we have a functioning system of leadership and a
similar level of divine support we had as a city. Lady Muse has been
more than generous in her assistance thus far to the point where it
didn't really occur to me that such help would be questioned.

Furthermore, I was previously made aware of the existance of a key to
the shop in the possession of someone other than Clio. This was an
oversight on my part and was demonstrated to me probably about a year
ago as being a potential security issue when said person accidentally
let themselves into the shop storeroom - It was my belief (and still is)
that this was an old key to the same shop and the new owner had failed
to change the lockwork.

With regards to the camp - We are not lawless and as I have clearly
stated before, we are far from a lost cause. If anyone else wishes to
try and exploit the situation our people have found themselves in then
be fully aware that divine or not, you will face the consequences of
your actions.

With regards to Clio's property in the camp it has already been made
inaccessible and will be destroyed without compensation within the next
two months.
