I write today to announce the sale of a shop within the city of
Spinesreach.

The shop, 'An opulent boutique' located all north and all west of the
Inner gate is up for auction. The current bid on the property is one
hundred and fifty thousand sovereigns. For the purposes of this auction,
credits will be valued at five thousand gold sovereigns each.

This auction is going to be open for up to six months as of the date of
this posting. To make a bid, simply forward a message to me detailing
your bid. I will message you when you have been outbid and so on. If you
