Earlier this month I was wrongfully enemied to your city By Ishin.
I caused the city no harm. I told him my purpose immediately
upon entering the gates (I needed an allsight enchantment
and was shopping). I left after his request and as I was on the
way out of the city I was enemied and stabbed in the back by some
cabalist guards. Granted, I could have been more quick on my
exit but I got lost and my stubborn donkey got spooked by the
recent changes. Not to mention, the lack of said allsight
enchantment I was seeking.

Now, speaking of the bombings of the various cities: Many of
us have attempted a bit of cooperation in trying to ward off this
greater threat. I have fought alongside Spirean troops when they
were about. I have not wantonly threatened to enemy persons
minding their own business.

In short, I hope this spirit of cooperation prevails and you correct
the error Ishin made with his capricious and malicious acts.
I will give you a month to decide and if some wisdom and good-
naturedness prevails the only harm caused would be my own at
the hands of the cabalists. I am a dwarf of reason.

Also, since I likely have your ear: Severnites, you have placed
two shrines in the refugee camp. They were not invited and really,
they are much too conspicuous for you. Please remove them.
