Greetings Cabal,

as you all know by now, Lady Niuri has become the patron of Spinesreach.
We ( not only citizens but Cabalists too) are about to witness a change
in the city that has not been seen since the Grand Atriface, much will
be change and this time it will benefit all.

I have been approached by the Ambassador of Spinesreach to renew the
Intra-Spirean Alliance, and see if there are ways we can improve this
treaty.This could be our chance to improve our status with in the city .
And since this concerns the entire Guild I believe everyone should be
able to suggest ideas and discuss this matter , so I beg you all to
consider what this means to us as Cabalists and how it will effect our
