Since you've so conveniently made it inaccessable to the news boards of
our guild, I'm afraid I'll have to post here. I've contended you for a
series of reasons, all of which hold -truth- to them. I'm not some whelp
you can drive off at the first chance, I'm not some pup you can push
around and expect not to bite back.

Loyalty. One of our damn prime directives. Since the start, you have
assaulted me with these blatantly stupid accusations. I've yet to once
lie, and you've yet to once prove so. Why the hell is it that you are
driving our membership out? How many whelps leave our guild, how many
cease to show up because -you- drive them off? You give no opportunity
for growth, you give no aid, you give no effort at all as to the
strength of our Rout.

Not only that, dear Doyen, but you seek to tie down, and hold back our
members. Three within the past year have detailed this to me, how we
have a glass ceiling, how it's damn near impossible to gain favors.
You've lied there, I know, and others know. You have placed a true glass
ceiling above the rout, this run for power has turned you mad.

When I sought you out before about the state of our Cerburis, you stated
that we have unofficial positions. We have no terms within which they
can work. From what I have seen, we have no form of structure within our
guild that allows our membership to grow, to prosper, to bring strength
and status to our ranks. Where within the rout can one look to gain
rank? Where can one look to gain status and leadership? Where do you
demonstrate either, as the Doyen?

In fact, when was the last time you lead an event for the Rout? When was
the last time you asked a member to lead an event? How have you helped
us to gain strength? In my time here alone, I've noticed that you do
nothing unless prompted again. And again. And again. Oh, you tend to the
guild shop, all well and done. But that's all. We're not going anywhere,
and it's because of your poor leadership skills.

So, to the rest of you, I will address this. What has it he has done
that has benefited our Rout, that has demonstrated Loyalty?

I, myself, have plans for this Rout. Ones that do not involve holding
myself in place of power, should I be chosen. I do not seek to dominate,
to run off all who might oppose me, and to create slander to our
prospering, hard working, and well deserved allies.

Should Osifer choose to open up the guild news board, I will gladly
detail where it is appropriate, what I would do in his place. How I
would give back to the Rout, and how we might move from this rut that he
has brought us to. If not, I will be writing up a letter, and mailing it
off to each, should you choose to read it.
