Greetings, council members.

I have been a citizen of the great city of Bloodloch for more than
thirty-five years, throughout which I have had the privilege to act as
an aide to the Ambassador, inducting new citizens and assisting others
in becoming allies of the city. I have also had the honor of fighting
alongside many of you over the course of two wars, and throughout this
time, in comparing my experiences to those when I was a citizen of
Spinesreach, I have been consistently impressed with the sense of shared
purpose and resolve in Bloodloch, with the ferocity of its citizens in
assisting their own.

After all this time, I wish to express my gratitude for all that
Bloodloch provides for my House by offering my assistance to the city.

I have noticed that Overlord Venturo has been unavailable for long
periods of time, lately, and, despite his long and excellent record of
service to the city, I believe that it is time that I step up to
shoulder his responsibilities.

It would be my honor to assist the city and its citizens as an Overlord.
If you have any questions or concerns about my intent to contest
Overlord Venturo, I will be glad to answer them in person or in writing.
