A wave of change has come over Ashtan, a wave that benefits all Living.
From this day forth, all Living will be permitted to enter Ashtan,
regardless of guild status. If you are currently an enemy solely because
of trespassing, please speak to our Minister of Security or an Archon.
The fine for being unenemied for trespassing is set at 5000 gold
sovereigns. While it is now legal for all Living to come in, those who
were previously enemied still broke the law by trespassing, hence why
they need to pay the fine.

Undead and Consanguine will continue to be enemies to the isles, so I
suggest, unless you wish to donate your corpse to our Divine, you do not
attempt to step one foot inside of the city.
