Greetings Citizens,

Thank you for once again electing me to the position of Herald. This is
the third time I have run successfully and never have I had such a
worthy opponent. Arawen, thank you for running and for keeping the
campaign clean. It would please me if you would seek me out and let me
know of any ideas you had to improve the city, so that I might take
those ideas to the council for consideration. That goes for any citizen.

With this election, I complete my resignation as Curate of Faith. I will
hold the position in name only until Mother appoints another to speak
for Her in city affairs. As my final act as Cardinal, I bestow upon this
city the grace of Auresae, a boon.

Tough times are ahead, and together we will persevere. Have faith and
stand united.
