I write today to announce the sale of a shop within the city of Enorian.

First of all, to those it does not apply, as per the trade laws of
Enorian undead, necromancers, artificers et cetera are not permitted to
own property within the Beacon of Light.

The shop in question is called "Precious Treasures" which is located
just north of the entrance to the Medina.

This auction is going to be open for up to six months as of the date of
this posting, with possible extensions as necessary. The starting bid on
the property will be one hundred and sixty thousand sovereigns, or the
equivalent in credits. For the purposes of this auction, credits will be
valued at four thousand five hundred gold sovereigns each.

To make a bid, simply forward a message to me detailing your bid. I will
message you when you have been outbid and so on. If you find you have
any questions as to the property in question or the trade laws of
Enorian, I can be contacted personally or by message.
