Salutations Consanguine of Sapience,

As Speaker of The Consanguine Imperium, I have been receiving inquiries
into how Consanguine clan Houses can apply to the Imperium for promotion
to full Undead House status. While this has previously been a vague
process, the Imperium is now implementing a new policy:

Only clan Houses registered with the Imperium shall be eligible for
promotion. To register with the Imperium, the leadership of a clan House
simply needs to contact the Speaker of the Imperium (viewable on HELP
IMPERIUM) or the Head of the Registration Division in the Imperium,
currently Patriarch Kadvar Lunare. Once registered, the Registration
Division will, over time, collect information about the registered clans
to ascertain their progress towards the promotion. This will allow the
Imperium to prioritize clan Houses which are the most developed.
Preference will also be given to those clans who have been registered
the longest.

Clans at any stage of development are encouraged to register. Upon
registration, clans are provided with a copy of the official Imperium
Houses Treaty which elaborates on the promotion process and will need to
be signed prior to being promoted. As such, clans who register at an
early stage of development will have the most time to prepare for the
promotion.
