For an Order of Terror and Hunters, I believe the title is poorly given.
The followers of the Lord Haern have done little more then cower away
behind their city defenses and reject the proposition of war.

I wish to bestow a new title upon those that choose to follow Lord
Haern, that of the Order of Cowards and Flowers. Your previous title is
now forfeit.
