This War

As if the reaction of the Sentinel leadership couldn't please me enough
already, you have finally stepped forth to make a statement regarding
this war, but for what purpose? Only to turn down our Mistress'
compromise to accept a justifiable end to this conflict.
The only result of this continual pride of hers has been Infernals
dying.
Fascinating how you don't even recall the fact that the Sentinels are
involved, or how your guildmates have suffered the most casualties in
this war.
Also, your post suggests that I need to remind you of the fact that I
offered to settle our little dispute with a fair duel, which you
declined. Since that fateful day you have given me two excuses for doing
so. First, that you did not trust me to obey the laws of my own
challenge. Second (and my personal favorite), that you declined my
challenge because of its inconvenient timing. Whatever the case may be,
I accepted death without resistance or complaint. However, upon
returning from glorious tranquility of the graveyard, you sought to slay
me yet again. I did not resist, nor did I make a single aggressive act
against you, yet you persisted. After our initial quarrel you killed me
five more times within half a day's time. This is just one of the
multiple offenses you have committed against the Infernals. If you truly
believe that this war only concerns you and our Mistress, then you are
sorely mistaken.
In Honor, Strength, and Darkness,
Lord Keldrad Duses
Penned by my hand on the 11th of Khepary, in the year 244 MA.
