I walked through the Abyss, the Darkness surrounding me.
My heart frozen within the blackness, each limb crippled.
In the distance a light emerged, touching the blackness, casting it
aside.
It creeped along, pushing all the darkness aside.
I watched it, my heart frozen.
First it touched my limbs, freeing them.
Still I remained still, captivatied by its beauty
Then it touched my heart, and I wept.
I felt the light, the embrace, the tenderness
I felt the remains of my resolve and fear subside
I walked through the light, and her arms embraced me.
