For far too long I have slept
Dreamed.. Fantasized
of other worldly delights.

My poor eyes glazed over from countless
Days.. Months..
without the benifit of letting them gander
at all the beauty of the world.

With the strength of an elephant
Bear.. Giant Squid..
I opened my eyes and the haze of sleep disapeared
into an imaginationary closet.

I walk away from the closet refreshed
Relieved.. Revitalized
and the world is pretty again
with my awakend eyes.
