A happy song

Written by: Phobos Imperil

Too long,
I've been miserable, trying
to fill a bottomless hole, looking
away from the light.

No more, I can't go on, digging
my own grave, buried
in sorrow.

I need a breath of air,
a flash of light,
I need to write
A happy song.

Penned by my hand on the 1st of Midsummer, in the year 117 MA.
