Almost too colourful for her own eyes
Blinding passion and fury
Because of this
She seeks solace in a world of monochrome
Where she can be herself
In places of flat white or of sombre black

This girl is volatile
Departing from a world that is riotous
Almost too loud for her own ears
Awaiting nuance and dischord
Because of this
I seek her company in a world of Otherness
Where we can be ourselves
In places you would not believe existed
