Ode to the Aakhut

Written by: Kher Heb Olorin, the Ur Amui Unnuy

to Sekhtet, my dearest sister and mentor,

She bears such elegance
In Akhenades where she is free
Flowers pale in comparison
To such pure, innocent beauty
Her dark skin shines
In the setting Sun
No words can praise her
Not a single one
I will always adore her
For she is special to me
She proves that miracles can happen
And extend beyond eternity
I sing the highest prayers
For bringing me someone
So full of love and grace
Because I know even on a grey, dreary afternoon
I can still see the desert sun
Flowing from her face.

-Khenu Olorin

Penned by my hand on the 2nd of Ios, in the year 114 MA.
