chickens

It's not that I just love them for there birdly taste
the thought of eating chickens, with stuffing in my face
compells me to write this ode without any sort of grace.

I've met all sort of chickens in my never ending journey
big ones, fat, and skinny ones and one posing as a turkey.

But one day on the ground i did see an amazing sight
this chicken was attempting to do what? yes indeed take flight.
This chicken flapped his wings for what seemed an eternaty
I laughed as hard as my lungs could take, for the bird won't get the
best-of-me.

Then suddenly it happend, of what you thought it would
the chicken took flight, for believing that it could.

The moral of this ode, is indeed a simple fact
if your a chicken yes you can fly if chased by a big fat cat.

Penned by my hand on the 24th of Khepary, in the year 113 MA.
