The heart that skipped a beat

Written by: Misty

After walking around the desert
and sweating in the heat
I say my one and only love
and my heart did skip a beat.

I cryed out with antisipation
and ran with a barrage
further back and further back
my love was just a mirage

So here I am in the middle
with endless waves of sand
I would cry my self a river
and swim from this bad land.

Waiting for his touch
his caress, his scent, his feel
the look of happyness
when he has his favorite meal.

Allthough I know your gone
my love will be discrete
eventually we'll be together
and my heart will skip a beat

Penned by my hand on the 2nd of Lleian, in the year 111 MA.
