In our lives
There's a few we meet
Who's impressions we'll never forget
And those few people
Whom so we love
Can never be replaced...

And these people,
Though they may be gone
Either from us alone..
Or the mortal plane
We will never feel the way we did
But when we were with them

As the ripples in a pond,
The love may grow less profound
but always broadens
And is never truly gone
Neither from heart nor mind
And love continues on

And so to you, my love now gone
I tell you, though I cannot be heard
I will never one such as I loved you
And though you may be gone
You will always live on in me
My one true love.. my everything.

Penned by my hand on the 23rd of Lanosian, in the year 97 MA.
