One Night in Scidve

Have you ever met the dugger?
It is a foul-tempered bugger.
It is wont to claw and shred
flesh and bone till you are dead.
When you ever hear its growl
it is sure to make you howl.
It kicks the dirt to make you blind
so the exit you won't find.
Still there's those who love their flesh
Talus buys them when they're fresh.
When they hurt you do not cry,
bite them back until they die.
All praise be to their Creator
surely there is no one greater.
Thus speaks Saltzmaul the old snake:
When you're out there stay awake!

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Slyphian, in the year 96 MA.
