Hamsatranirdesha

Oh people, with sweet melody
wilt praise the Hamster constantly,
for hamster in a tongue of yore
is Hamsatra, thus reads true lore.
The Hamsa is the restless goose,
our soul which endlessly doth cruise
along a path both dark and steep
winding betwixt abysses deep.
However Tra means He that saves
and ferries us across the waves
of evil, pain and raw despair
into a land both pure and fair.
Oh Hamsatra! Enter the Wheel!
Redeem those who in Darkness reel!
And in your boundless mercy draw
my quiv'ring soul from dragons maw.

Penned by my hand on the 6th of Chakros, in the year 96 MA.
