Addressed to: Everyone
A simple dance, a question for a hug
a simple invitation, a simple tug
I see her smiling, almost everywhere
She strikes my heart, with a critical flare
like reaching in water, to come out with air
Cold and solid, her heart as thin as hair.
She promises, she asks
Always keeping her duty, her tasks
I break her walls, I make her laugh
but what I saw, was only a half.
Cold, heartless, treacherous
Wounding, hurting, deadly
Supposedly beautiful, lucherous
fumbling with hearts, throwing them madly.
I see the truth, I see it now
do you remember the look, the smile, the bow?
You, who have crossed a path many do not dare.
I discover that you're not even worth a stare.
Dare to reply? Or are you scared
Ignorance is not an answer, to the one which you flared
Dare to reply? You who likes to be alone
and know this, you will always be prone.
Penned by my hand on the 4th of Midsummer, in the year 90 MA.
