Nothing can change

Nothing can change

Day after day, it's you and you only
But day after day I'm left feeling lonely
When you look me in the eye
You never see what's there inside.

But you're part of a world
That doesn't include me
Nothing you say will ever delude me
This is how it's always been
I'm on the outside looking in

Night after night I wished you were there
Sometimes I wonder if you ever cared
All those times when I felt lost and cried
I'm sure you often wondered why.

But we'll never change
My dreams can't deceive me
I'm all alone, you've got to beleive me
This is how it's always been
I'm on the outside
On the outside looking in.

Sorry for any OOC emotions written throughout this poem. It's not
directed at anyone it's just a general feeling I had.

Love Gelf Ohmsford, On the loose.

Penned by my hand on the 19th of Variach, in the year 87 MA.
