How can I begin to
Describe the beauty of
The misty autumn-like
Tricks they play, so mischeviously
Does the eye register
The lovely bluriness
Of winking lights behind
Shadows contemplating the night -

I want to walk across the
Grass - unconsciously -
Barefooted
And lightly, softly,
Threading forward a dainty,
A little
step
I stretch
And prance, caressingly,

Delighting in the rain.
