Pain

Fear, pain, loneliness
solitude, hurt, anger

These are the emotions of my life
cruel in their intensity
unwavering in their grinding of my soul

A glimpse of hope, shattered in the cruelty of distance
A glimmer of happiness, cut down by fate

The slow grinding of my soul
Neverending, never relienting.
Day in, day out it grinds me to my core.

Emptiness
A quiet chaos in my mind
A hope builds, only to be cut down
furthering the pain and loneliness
that rules my life

Never quiet
the emotions rule me
Is there anyway to silence them?

Only one...

Penned by my hand on the 11th of Variach, in the year 145 MA.
