Broken Dreams

A day of happiness
A day of mirth
So hopeful I was
So different it seemed

But Something was wrong,
I got to attached
My arms are now bloody,
My cheeks are all wet

A figure came
A figure to help
My hope was restored
My longing renewed

We went to our heart
It was so happy
Playing we were
But the heart disappeared

We waiting for you
We didn't know we waited for pain
Then the heart came
Then we were happy

Signals were mixed
Playing was watched
The day came around
And again it was gone

Wanting to cry, I fled
Wanting it to be happy, I ran
It's words stung me hard
It's love felt so far

I returned only to leave
Hidden tears as I left my heart and the figure
They were together, I should be happy
Instead my arms bleed more

Innocence gone
Love gone
Sitting alone
It feels so cold

Technically this really isn't to everyone, but I'm sure those whom this
is written to will know it is for them

With as much love as I have,
Arynn Runae

Penned by my hand on the 18th of Lanosian, in the year 141 MA.
