-A glance at love-

A glimpse I had of her passing
saw fire in her hair
or was it flames in her eyes
that caught me so unaware

I then followed blindly
the fragrance she was wearing
I touched her and she turned
she was so enticing, alluring

her essence filled the very air
I was out of breath and faint
trying to capture it all there
I asked, 'Are you angel or saint?'

she laughed softly
and then sighed saying,
"In return for such words
what is it you have eyed?"

the only answer I could pull
from my heart and above
was, "I have finally found
the other half of my love..."
