You

It seems an eon ago
since our first embrace
Since I stared into your eyes
or felt your entrancing grace

It seems a night ago
since I turned you away
Since I tore your heart asunder
and caused you such dismay

Believe me when I say this to you
Only your sweetest blood
could revive my blackened heart
But why would you bother
When you know it will tear you a part?

Count Zillah Voltaire

Penned by my hand on the 9th of Haernos, in the year 137 MA.
