After a day of strange vibrations and resonances reverberating across Sapience, a crystalline mass erupted from within the halls of the Ascendril in Enorian and the Sciomancers in Spinesreach. The Master Crystals, dispersed perhaps with a fluctuation of the ley, had seemingly vanished in the explosion.

After several tense hours of searching and calming their citizens, the two guilds set to understanding the strange occurrence. The magi researchers found themselves able to open passage into a strange void, piercing and manipulating the resonations.

Rallying around the mages, adventurers prepared themselves as best they could before plunging into the void and found themselves faced with massive crystalline entities adrift in the expanse. The crystals have yet to be found and many questions have arisen: what is this strange void and what does this foretell for the guilds of the Ascendril and Sciomancers?
