Following a considerably strange string of events in His temple in Scidve, followers of the Lady Chakrasul infiltrated the Underking's temple and planted explosives throughout it.
The bombs were discovered, and a motion to evacuate was issued. Before many occupants of the temple could escape, the explosives were detonated. The muffled cries of the orphans within could be heard throughout the land as many of the occupants of the temple were crushed to death.
Tobias, Lord Dhar's high priest and an orphan named Alkonost, a sickly Atavian girl managed to escape. They were greeted at the exit by the Lady of Corruption Herself, at which point Dhar appeared in order to confront the Goddess.
Calling for justice, Lord Dhar swiftly sliced Chakrasul's body asunder with His blade, destroying Her vessel.
He was far from done. The inside of the usually detached God's hood glowed a violent red as He spotted an opportunity and reached out for Corruption's exposed essence, seizing it in His hand.
The heavens were illuminated a bright white as the Underking channeled all of His power in an attempt to obliterate His Sister once and for all.
Such effort was in vain, however. The brightened skies were tainted with a violet hue, and Lady Chakrasul's essence slipped away and claimed a new vessel.
She possessed Alkonost, the sick girl, dear friend of Tobias. This was much to the dismay of young Tobias, who cried out, vowing to destroy Chakrasul.
